Installation, purchase restoration, and privacy controls are designed to be understandable without a support ticket. Start here when something does not behave as expected.

Download and install

Nufra requires macOS 14 or later. Download the DMG, drag Nufra to Applications, then open it once to approve any macOS security prompts. The public release will be Developer ID signed and notarized.

Restore a purchase

Open Nufra Settings, choose Subscription & License, then select Restore Purchase. Enter the email used at Paddle checkout and follow the one-time Magic Link. Your clipboard database is not uploaded during restoration.

Shortcut does not open the panel

Confirm Nufra is running in the menu bar, review the configured shortcut, and verify Accessibility permission when using a double-modifier shortcut. The menu bar entry remains available as a recovery path.

Payment and billing

Paddle handles receipts, tax, subscription cancellation, and payment method updates. License problems after a successful payment can be restored using the purchase email.
