Nufra is designed so that ordinary clipboard history remains on your device. This policy explains the smaller set of data needed for payment, licensing, support, and optional online features.

Clipboard data

Nufra stores clipboard history, tags, rules, target associations, and local search indexes on your device. We do not receive this content merely because you install or use the Free app.

Optional AI features

Local models operate on your device or on an endpoint you configure. Managed AI is optional. Private items are blocked, and eligible content is checked and redacted locally before a managed request is made.

Accounts and licenses

When you start a trial, purchase, restore, or activate a device, the License Service may store your email address, a random device identifier, plan and billing references, activation state, and hashed authentication tokens. It does not need your clipboard content.

Payments

Paddle processes checkout, taxes, payment details, refunds, and subscription events. Nufra stores only the billing identifiers and entitlement facts required to grant or revoke access.

Retention and deletion

Local clipboard retention is controlled in the app. Account and license records are retained while needed to provide purchased rights, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal obligations. Contact support to request account deletion or correction.
